Straight answers from a family team that answers the phone.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, estimates are always free. Call or text 320-212-6169 or use our estimate form.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed in Minnesota and fully insured.
What areas do you serve?
We serve central Minnesota within about 60 miles, and we are happy to travel farther for the right job.
What do you do before sealcoating?
We pressure-sweep first and address cracks before sealing, then leave your property spotless.
What sealer do you use?
Premium asphalt emulsion sealants, never low-grade or franchise alternatives.
How often should I sealcoat?
Most driveways go 4 to 5 years between sealcoats. Heavy plowing or above-average heavy equipment traffic can shorten that, so we're happy to take a look and give you an honest recommendation.
How long before I can drive on new sealcoat?
Sealer is typically dry to the touch in about an hour, but keep vehicles off for at least 24 hours, and we highly recommend 48 hours for the best longevity and appearance. It fully cures over 30 days, so avoid sharp turns, turning your steering wheel while parked, and heavy loads during that time.
What if it rains?
We need dry pavement to do the job right. If weather is an issue, we'll reschedule and let you know the new date.
How much does sealcoating cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the surface and how much crack repair it needs. Every job gets a free, written estimate.
How long does a job take?
Job time varies with the size and scope of the project.
Do you do residential driveways?
Yes. We handle everything from cozy home driveways to 200,000-square-foot parking lots.
Ready for a smoother, longer-lasting lot or driveway?
